Madison Karas was 2PuntosPlatform’s first gringa and, over the years, has played a role in many parts of the platform, including editorial, operations, fundraising, and technology. She’s passionate about the platform’s innovative approaches to community engagement and meeting bicultural, bilingual, and multigenerational audiences where they are with what they need. Madison studied journalism and economics at Temple University and has worked in and with small and large startup newsrooms at the Tiny News Collective and The Baltimore Banner. Through 2PuntosPlatform, she’s shared a love of travel, biking, and continuous learning and laughing with friends and colleagues across the Americas.
