Tannia Solis is Ecuadorian by birth but Dominican by adoption. She is the director of the Pennsylvania Cosmetologists Association, a group of primarily Dominican women who organized before the pandemic, allowing them to fight to support their families and community. Tania is the ear and shoulder of many women who work in the beauty field, who are, in turn, the confidants of many other women.
