Luis, affectionately known as Lucho, is a cat from West Philadelphia who cried out of loneliness and frustration while hiding under a car. There was no other option but to take him in. Lucho is a cat who craves love and has a hearty appetite. He is one of those rare felines who enjoys having his belly rubbed by people.
